All Ahimsa Jewelry products will be shipped from our head office in Jakarta, Indonesia
Local shipment within Indonesia:
- By TIKI or JNE in accordance to the published rate, and will take 2-3 days depending on your location
- By Regular Registered Mail (up to 4 weeks): $10
- By Express Mail Services EMS (up to 7 days): $35
Ahimsa Jewelry ships internationally through Regular Registered Mail or Express Mail Services (EMS).
International orders sent via regular mail normally take up to 4 weeks to arrive from the time they are shipped, depending on your location.
Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours after the order is being placed and fully paid if the item is in stock. We will inform you of the shipment and the tracking number when available. Should the item not be in stock we will email you within 48 hours.
Ahimsa Jewelry does not take responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen or delayed through the postal system.
International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Ahimsa Jewelry cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Ahimsa Jewelry will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
Ahimsa Jewelry will exchange any product delivered to you that arrives in a damaged condition. If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we will reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including postal charges.
You can exchange or refund any undamaged product purchased from us as long as it is returned unused and with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase. Return of undamaged goods for exchange/refund is entirely at your cost and risk and we do not refund any postal charges associated with the shipment.
Due to health regulations we are unable to refund or exchange on pierced earring purchases.
